Information For Renters using Riders Share
Here is the information you need to know regarding logistics for renting with us using the Riders Share platform.
PICK-UP
Our default pick-up/drop-off location is the Moto-Mecca Garage, located at 20323 143rd Pl SE Kent, WA 98042 (see image below).
Any changes to your pick-up/drop-off location needs to be done within the Riders Share platform prior to completing your booking.
If you have rented any gear, we’ll have it ready for you. If you need luggage for the bike or any additional gear, please make sure that is specified in your original booking.
Please bring your drivers license, as it is required to check-out the bike.
Riders Share requires that we document the mileage, fuel level & general condition of the bike, and that the renter does the same. You’ll use your mobile phone to take several pictures & upload them to Riders Share.
Your Riders Share confirmation is all you need; it is not necessary to re-confirm directly with us.
DROP-OFF
Unless you’ve requested a different drop-off location, please return the bike to the Moto-Mecca Garage, located at 20323 143rd Pl SE Kent, WA 98042.
The fuel level should be the same as when you checked-out the bike. Again, we both will document the fuel level, mileage & general condition of the bike & upload pictures to the platform to return the bike.
DAMAGES
Your booking includes insurance to cover any damages to the bike during the rental period. Please familiarize yourself with your coverage, especially the deductible. A simple drop can be expensive, but less than your deductible. See https://www.riders-share.com/help/insurance-policy for details.
CHANGES TO YOUR RENTAL
We are unable to make any changes to your booking; any changes will need to be made by you using the Riders Share platform.
