The Moto-Mecca Concierge

There’s a better way to get your bike to the shop & back home again.

 

No expensive Uber rides. No rides in the rain. No expensive storage fees. No wasted Saturdays. Most of all, no rush.

Concierge works like this:

​

  • Schedule your motorcycle maintenance with any dealer listed in the Service Departments chart below.

  • Call, text or email us to coordinate a pickup at one of our local Meet-Up Zones.

  • We trailer your bike to the service appointment - see Supported Service Centers.

  • When your bike is ready, we'll return it or trailer it to our garage. We’ll document its condition & email you digital copies of your service paperwork.

  • Store your bike in our secure, indoor garage until you’re ready for it. Five days of storage are included; additional days are just $7/day.

  • We contact you to schedule delivery at the zone of your choice.

  • Our flat-rate fee includes pickup, drop-off, taxes & your five (5) days of secure storage.

Need a bike while yours is getting serviced? We have several of our bikes available for rent on Twisted Road. We’ll even drop-off & pick-up the rental at the same time we pick-up or drop-off your ride. Click here to see our inventory.
